Our new publication: The Art of Work

The Art of Work is our attempt to start a conversation about the secret of every success: people. An online magazine exploring company culture, hiring, work/life balance and office rituals at design-minded companies all over the world. From the Homerun team.

This is our platform to raise awareness of the need for employers to step up their recruitment game or get left behind. We’re not just talking about the creative industry either. Every single company hires employees –and that’s just the start. Once they’re in the building how do you get the most out of them and what do you do if they leave?

That’s why we spoke to five companies in Amsterdam that excel in their various fields of expertise to find out how they do things. There’s a brewery, a social enterprise, an ad agency, a creative agency and a textile innovation studio pushing the boundaries of wearable technology. There’s even an interview with us.
