No matter how big or small, every Homerun update is meant to make your hiring just that much smoother — for you and your candidates! Over the last weeks we've tweaked and polished a few existing features to help you get the most out of them. Here's what's new:

Easily share your insights report with anyone outside of Homerun

The beautifully clear overview of your hiring metrics can now be shared with anyone. This way your team can also see the results of your hiring efforts without having a Homerun account. You can simply create a unique URL that leads anyone outside of Homerun to your insights report!

Candidate profiles

We've simplified and improved the candidate profiles on the Candidates page so that they now match the way profiles look and work inside a job. A seemingly small change, but we think it will improve your workflow when checking up on your candidate pool. Also, when you move a candidate that is not part of a job into one of your jobs, all notes and todo's will be moved along with the candidate info.

Workflow improvement for recruiters

For those of you who are hiring for multiple companies, we've made an improvement to your workflow. Now when you receive email notifications about new candidate or any changes to applications and you click to view it, you will be brought directly to the application without needing to select the respective company first. Fewer steps is always better!
