Little Big Improvements for more hiring

We’ve started the year with some useful updates to Homerun that touch upon core workflows within a hiring process. We’ve improved the overview of candidates within a job, we’ve added a new integration with HRIS tool Buddee and we’ve updated the text styling options in our Live Editor.

Improved funnel overview

We’ve heard your feedback about getting a better overview of where your candidates are within a hiring process. That’s why we’ve (re)introduced a view you might remember from the previous version of Homerun:

Each “tab” shows the current number of candidates within that stage, and clicking it gives you a list of candidates currently in that stage. From there it’s easy to perform bulk actions like moving multiple candidates to the next stage, disqualifying candidates or sending a bulk email.

Integration with Buddee 🇳🇱

Introducing HRIS integration: Buddee, a simple and modern HR and payroll solution created for Dutch SMBs. The integration lets you sync candidate data and easily connect your hiring and HR processes. In Buddee, you can manage leave, absences, documents, contracts, team members’ files, work hours, payroll and more. Updated text styling options

For all of you designers out there: we’ve updated the styling bar in our Live Editor! It was due for a technical update which means that most of the changes aren’t visible, but they do help make designing and editing your pages a lot more stable. With this update, we also fixed the issue that allowed you to create multiple H1’s on one page, which wasn’t ideal for SEO. You now have the option to create H2’s and H3’s, making the job title the only H1 on the page. Adding tags with the Talent Clipper

If you’re a frequent user of the Talent Clipper (or are not aware of its existence!), we’ve added a nifty extra feature! While you’re sourcing a candidate with the Talent Clipper and you’ve selected a job to add them to, you can now instantly add tags to the candidate. You’ll no longer need to find the candidate in your Homerun account and add tags after you’ve added them. A real time-saver!
