More editor updates
The job post editor and the career page editor have received a couple of updates which help make your pages more accessible, more attractive with a new job block, and easier and smoother to work with.
Updated controls
Remember that update we had a while ago about the job post editor? We now also updated the career site editor which means creating and customising your career page is now smoother and more intuitive. There’s a new styling tab that presents all your styling options in a more structured way. We’ve also updated the way you add and edit job blocks, identical to how you do that in the job post editor.
Accessibility update
We’ve made some technical changes the career page and the job post you create with Homerun, helping you be compliant for the EU Accessibility act. The technical changes make your pages easier to “read” for screen readers and people visiting your website with a disability. You can now also add an alt text to an image which help screen readers to know what is shown at a picture or photo on your career page or job post. You can learn more about this update in the Accessibility update blog post.
Image & text job block
Next to the all the available job blocks to choose from, we have now added one due to popular demand: image & text in one job block! A simple, yet effective way to add a fresh new element and some content to your career page or job posts.
We have some more exciting updates for the editors to share soon, so stay tuned. If you have any feedback or questions, please reach out to support@homerun.co - we’d love to hear from you!
