We’re on a mission to empower forward-thinking teams with the HR tools they deserve.
We believe small and medium-sized businesses are some of the most interesting and meaningful places to work. What they lack in size, they make up for in creativity, culture, and purpose. For these companies, we’re building HR tools that match their uniqueness. Tools that make it easy to hire and manage teams in simple, personal, and collaborative ways.

Our story
Homerun was founded in 2015 with a simple insight: every company has its own unique culture and story, yet most job posts look the same—dry bullet points on a plain white page. Our first product changed that by giving teams a visual way to create job posts and career pages that truly reflect who they are. From there, we built an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help those same teams organise their hiring and create a great experience for candidates. In 2025, we introduced Homerun HR, expanding our focus to the full employee journey—from time off management to secure file storage.
The Homerun experience
What makes Homerun, well… Homerun? It comes down to three simple things we always keep in mind:
Human Touch — Our products are built around what matters most: people. We help teams stay organised and automate the boring stuff, so they can focus on real connections between real people.
Creativity — As a company founder by designers, we believe in the power of creativity to shape the world. We bring that belief to our customers by creating tools that help them improve the way they work every day.
Team Sport — We're convinced that teams work best when everyone works together. Our products make it easy for people to take part and take ownership, instead of narrowly defined roles and fixed bureaucratic processes.
