Email: [email protected]. We offer recruitment software that enables our customers to create a career page and personalized job openings.
If you visit one of the following websites of Homerun: www.homerun.co, www.artofwork.co, library.artofwork.co, interviews.artofwork.co, playbooks.homerun.co, updates.homerun.co (together the “Websites”) we may process your personal data. This Privacy Statement explains what personal data we collect from our website visitors, how we use the personal data we collect and for which purposes we use the collected personal data.

- If you are using a career page or applying for a job at one of our customers, Homerun may process your personal data, not for our own purposes, but as a data processor on behalf of that customer. The customer makes all decisions regarding their candidates’ data and is therefore the controller of that data. For information about how they process your personal data, please refer to the privacy statement of the company you applied with or contact them directly.
We may collect the following personal data:
- Newsletter Subscription: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect only your email address. We process this data based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in every newsletter.
- Demo Signup: If you sign up to get a demo of our product, we collect your name, email address, company name and some information about how you would intend to use our product. We use it only to reach out to you to schedule a demo and to interact with you about potentially becoming a Homerun customer. We process this data based on our legitimate interest, namely to grow our business by attracting new customers.
- Partner Signup: If you sign up to become a Partner, we collect your name, email address, company name and some context about your company and the potential partnership. We use this information to contact you with more information about the Partner program. We process this data based on our legitimate interest, in this case to grow our business by establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with relevant companies.
- Statistics: Automatically generated information regarding your use of the Websites. When you visit our Websites, we may gather information to be able to understand and improve how visitors use and experience our Websites, and in order to enable and track the success of our marketing efforts. We do this through Google’s analytics and marketing tools. We only process this kind of information with your consent, given through the popup. This data is always pseudonymized: the last part of the IP address is not processed as we do not want to identify individual users.
How long we keep your personal data
We will keep your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or processed, unless we have to keep it for legitimate business, tax or legal purposes. For newsletter subscribers, this means we store your email address until you unsubscribe, which can be done at any time. Our analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Sharing your personal data with third parties
We will not share your personal data with third parties unless it is needed in order to provide the requested service to you, or when we have a legal obligation to do so. Homerun does not and will not sell your data to any third party. We use third parties in order to provide our services, and those third parties may process your personal data as a result of that. We use Mailchimp to manage and send our email newsletters. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar and AdWords are used to analyze the use of our Websites and for online marketing. We use Webflow and Amazon Web Services for our web hosting, our product videos are displayed through Wistia and Vimeo, and our cookie information and consent banner is provided by Transcend.
We have made appropriate contractual arrangements with these third parties for the protection of personal data. Some of these third parties are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We will always comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) before we transfer any personal data outside the EEA. Cookies
Some of the functionality of the website and some of the third parties mentioned above may use cookies. Cookies are text files or pieces of data that are set by our Website(s) into the browser on your computer or mobile device. The next time you visit, those cookies allow us to recognise your device or read back settings that were stored in the previous session.
Our Websites have a banner that informs you of the cookies we always set by default (functional, required for the website to work), and the cookies that are intended for commercial purposes, like analytics and marketing, which require your consent. Google Calendar integration
Within Homerun's product, you can create events that will automatically show up in your Google Calendar. This is an optional feature for which you have to log into your Google account and grant access to your calendar. Homerun's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That means we will not use information from your Google account for any other purpose than providing this functionality to you. You can remove the Google Calendar integration at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain from us: information about how we process your personal data, as well as a copy of the personal data which we have stored about you. You also have the right to correct, update, shield or delete your personal data in our records, as well as to request data portability of your personal data to a third party, and to report any misuse of your personal data.
