I am a Business Psychologist specialized in the people aspect at Start-up and Scale-up companies. I have +12 years experience in facilitating healthy cultures to enable high performing teams and leaders.

I am Co-founder of Bravely: the training and coaching solution for Tech Companies. Bravely’s mission is to bring empathy back into the workplace. 



My passion is helping companies to build a strong and resilient culture in an ever-changing environment; a culture that is both performance driven and people focused. I have supported +40 international Start-up and Scale-up companies in their growth and +300 coachees in their individual development.
