We’ve redesigned and revamped more pages in Homerun HR, further unifying the experience between Homerun ATS and Homerun HR, as well as improving the usability of the pages.

Objectives

We’ve added the Objectives and Goals page to all Homerun HR users. Objectives help you define and track company-wide priorities, giving you a clear overview of what your organisation is working toward and how the team is progressing. You can link personal Goals to these Objectives, so whenever someone completes a goal, the related Objective is automatically updated. This makes it easier to measure progress and keep everyone aligned around shared company targets.

Goals

You can now create personal Goals that are linked to individual team members and, optionally, connected to a broader company Objective. Goals help your team stay focused on what matters most, provide clarity around priorities, and encourage accountability. By connecting individual goals to company objectives, you ensure that personal efforts directly contribute to wider organisational success.

Expenses

We’re also excited to introduce a brand new feature: Expenses. Previously available only to a small group of customers, this feature is now rolling out more broadly. It allows your team to easily add expenses and upload receipts directly in the app, keeping everything organized in one place.

Expenses can be reviewed and tracked by your HR or finance team, and the feature includes a simple export option to streamline processing in your payroll system. This makes it easier to manage reimbursements and ensures that expense data is accurate and accessible when you need it.

Appraisals

Another exciting addition is the Appraisals feature. This new tool helps you plan and manage recurring performance reviews, ensuring they happen on schedule and with minimal effort. You can set up appraisal cycles, assign review tasks, and involve your entire team—so everyone knows what’s expected and when.

With Appraisals, you can create a more structured and consistent performance process, improve visibility across teams, and make it easier to track progress and feedback over time.

Org chart

The org chart in Homerun HR just received a major upgrade, featuring a fresh new look that aligns seamlessly with the Homerun brand. The updated design not only modernizes the visual experience, but also improves clarity and usability, making it easier to understand team structure at a glance. Whether you’re exploring your company’s hierarchy or onboarding new team members, the refreshed org chart now feels more cohesive, intuitive, and on-brand.

Sickness details and self certification

We’ve also refreshed the pages for sickness details and self-certification, bringing them in line with the rest of the Homerun HR app and the overall Homerun brand. The updated design improves readability and makes the layout more intuitive, so employees and HR teams can quickly find the information they need.
