Take bulk actions to save time

You can now perform actions with more than 25 candidates in your account. There was previously a cap on how many candidates you could select to perform a bulk action, we’ve now updated that flow to include an option to select all candidates. Whether you’re cleaning up candidate data, organizing candidate profiles, or need to disqualify a lot of candidates in one go. You can now select all candidates and take action, saving you time for other tasks that require your attention.

Bulk actions

You can now select all candidates part of a stage or inside a job. From there, there’s a couple of actions you can take:

  • move or copy the candidates to another job
  • move the candidates to another stage
  • send an email to the selected candidates
  • disqualify all selected candidates
  • delete all selected candidates

Taking bulk actions come in handy if you’re organizing the hiring process in a popular job with a lot of candidate profiles, giving you back more time to spend on qualified candidates.
