Homerun launches full-suite HR platform 'Homerun HR' after merger with British Staff Squared

Amsterdam, 19 May 2025 – The Amsterdam HR tech scale-up Homerun has merged with British HRIS provider Staff Squared. This strategic step marks an important milestone in Homerun's evolution from a design-driven Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to a complete HR platform that brings together two powerful tools: Homerun ATS and Homerun HR.

What started as an intuitive tool for streamlining recruitment processes is now growing into an integrated HR ecosystem. With the addition of Staff Squared's technology, Homerun is expanding its services with core HR functionalities such as employee data and absence management, personnel file storage and key HR reporting. The platform offers support throughout the entire employee journey – from application to people management.

As a result of the merger, Homerun's customer base will grow from 1,100 to 1,400 companies, with more than 300 Staff Squared organisations joining the existing community. This not only means a significant increase in user numbers, but also a strengthening of Homerun's position in the United Kingdom and the broader European market.
