As a finance officer at <company name>, you will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to oversee and manage all financial transactions at the company. Acting in support of the finance manager, you will provide financial assistance to our team by playing a role in the preparing budgets, reconciling records and receipts, processing invoices, and resolving interoffice financial disputes. You'll also be the point of contact for other departments when it comes to all things financial. Additionally, you will prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ultimately, you'll enable the team to make the right decisions to grow the business!
• You have a degree in Finance, accounting, business administration, or a similar field of study.
• You have a good handle on tools like SAP, QuickBooks, Tableau, Xero Accounting Software, and HP TRIM.
• You're tech savvy and have expert-level computer skills.
• You're a critical thinker with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• You have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• You are punctual and adaptable.
• You have a desire to grow your career in the world of finance.
