As Marketing Assistant at <company name>, you'll be helping out our marketing team by doing research and making sure our campaigns are a success. You'll get to know our business and the target audience we want to reach really well. This job is a mix of creative and admin tasks, like managing our social media accounts and sharing cool content across marketing channels. You'll also get to write and come up with ideas for press releases. One of the most important parts of the job is research. You'll be asking questions, doing polls, marketing research and looking at data to make sure we're reaching the right people. Overall, you'll be playing a big role in getting our brand out there and making sure people know about us!
• You are great at creating social media content and responding to messages and questions on social media.
• You know how to schedule and distribute marketing materials through different channels like social media and newsletters.
• You have some analytics skills that help you see how campaigns are doing and creating reports for the boss.
• You like to write and come up with new marketing ideas.
• You know the best ways to get to know your target audience (market research, surveys, interviewing, etc.).
• You're great at communicating both verbally and through writing.
• You have an eye for design and branding.
• You are passionate about staying up-to-date on industry trends, technology and ways to make our brand even better!
