As an Administrative Assistant at <company name>, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and assisting in the company's daily operations. You will greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, direct phone calls, take messages and respond to questions. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and updating databases and filing systems, coordinating and organizing events and meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, making travel arrangements, providing customer service, managing expenses and budget. In addition, you'll be responsible for providing general administrative support as needed to keep things running smoothly. As our administrative assistant, you will play a key role in helping the team run smoothly and achieving our goals. Ultimately, you'll be working closely with the team to make sure everything gets done efficiently and effectively and you'll be an important part of the team's success!
• You know how to use computer software and systems like word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• You have good communication skills (written and verbal) and can talk to clients, customers, and colleagues in a clear and professional way.
• You pay attention to detail and can keep track of schedules and all kinds of admin tasks.
• You are organized and can manage your time and prioritize tasks.
• You are good at solving problems and figuring out solutions.
• You have good customer service skills and can be friendly and helpful when talking with customers or clients.
• You are flexible and can adapt to different tasks and situations.
• You take the initiative to identify and solve problems or issues.
• You work well with others in a team environment
• You are professional and can keep confidential information private.
