As a Customer Success Manager at <company name>, you'll be all about supporting our customers. You'll be building strong relationships with them by proactively managing their accounts. Your main goal will be to keep customers happy and reduce the number of people who cancel their service by dealing with any issues they have and making sure they feel confident using our products. Your job will also include helping user onboard and making sure current customers renew. You'll also be in charge of leading and coaching our customer success team and making sure our customers' needs are heard in company meetings.
• You know the ins and outs of great customer service and can build relationships with customers that last over the course of customer's experience with our product.
• You have experience with using CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data and use this to make their experience even better.
• You're always coming up with new ways to keep customers happy and make them want to stick around, plus finding opportunities to make more sales
• You are brimming with ideas to reduce customer churn while boosting customer renewals.
• You have the confidence to advocate for the customer and share your ideas on new features with the product team.
• You know how to motivate and coach a team of Customer Success Reps.
• You're a people person, with amazing communication skills and the ability to create strong connections with customers
• You're super organized and driven, with an eye for detail and a passion for great customer service.
