As an Office Manager at <company name>, you'll get to oversee the administrative duties that help our team and office run seamlessly. You'll be in charge of handeling things like maintenance issues, mailing needs, equipment repairs, shopping, and errands. Basically, you're the fixer of the office problems. Additionally, you'll work with our HR team and support them in tasks like onboarding new team members and some admin here and there. You'll also get to play a big role in improving the office environment however you see fit. Ultimately, you'll have a big impact on the day-to-day office vibe for the whole team.
• You have a good handle on software like MS office and the Google suite.
• You have an idea of how an office works and the challenges teams like ours face.
• You have experience working with standard office equipment such as printers, phones, and computers.
• You are a great communicator that knows how to corral your team.
• You have excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• You are a creative thinker with the ability to spot opportunities for office improvements.
