As Project Manager at {company_name}, you'll be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization, budget and timeline. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time successfully. You'll collaborate with teams of developers, UI/UX designers, visual designers and more. As Project Manager, you'll remove blockers for your team and synch with all relevant stakeholders. You'll own detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. Your work will be one of the most important components that make our projects successful.
- You have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- You have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire your team members.
- You have strategic organizational skills that include attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- You have a solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
- You're highly skilled at program management, scheduling, budgeting, and task estimation.
- You're decisive and you create clarity for those around you.
- You love organization and processes.
